Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups via email, phone, or other channels in a professional manner.
Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers regarding production progress and shipment schedules.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, contracts, and related documents; prepare reports when required.
Work closely with internal departments (Production, Quality, Sales) to resolve customer issues such as delays, quality concerns, or shortages.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to support long-term business growth.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of experience in customer service (preferably in manufacturing industry)
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to work at Nibong Tebal, Penang
