Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams—Sales, Engineering, Project Coordinator, QA, and Production—to align project timelines.

• Ensure accuracy of demand and Bill of Materials (BOM) data in the ERP system.

• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with scheduled timelines.

• Monitor material availability to prevent shortages and excess inventory.

• Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of planning activities.

• Participate in improvement initiatives within the department.

• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Able to work independently.
