Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams—Sales, Engineering, Project Coordinator, QA, and Production—to align project timelines.
Ensure accuracy of demand and Bill of Materials (BOM) data in the ERP system.
Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with scheduled timelines.
Monitor material availability to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of planning activities.
Participate in improvement initiatives within the department.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently.
