Job Description

We're looking for a self-driven IT Operations Executive to keep our systems, onboarding, and tech tools running smoothly across a growing property portfolio. You'll own your work end-to-end — from setting up new hires and managing SaaS subscriptions to trialling AI tools and supporting system rollouts. This is a hands-on role for someone who solves problems before they're asked to.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT onboarding & offboarding (laptops, accounts, access)

• Serve as first-line IT support for internal teams

• Maintain software subscriptions and user accounts

• Support rollout of new systems as portfolio expands

• Evaluate and test productivity and AI-powered tools

• Document findings and flag improvements proactively

Requirements

• 1–2 years in IT, operations, or related field

• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar SaaS

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience

• Hospitality system knowledge is a bonus
