Role Description:
System Analyst is responsible for mapping, structuring, and improving AGF’s end-to-end operational data flow from RM/PM receiving, MD, IP, FG, warehouse, and customer shipment.
The role supports ERP data governance by reviewing master data, BOM, item codes, UOM, batch/lot records, inventory movement, production records, and transaction accuracy.
This position defines and monitors key production, quality, lab, supplier, warehouse, CAPA, FFIR, traceability, and customer complaint data, while standardizing KPI definitions, calculation logic, reporting frequency, and ownership.
The role develops dashboards and management reports using Excel, Power BI, ERP exports, or other approved tools, and monitors data completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and duplication.
Coordinates with cross-functional departments to improve data submission discipline, supports future SFC, WMS, LIMS, ERP, and dashboard implementation, and translates operational data into business insights such as cost of poor quality, yield impact, OTIF, audit readiness, supplier risk, and CAPEX priority.
Requirements:
The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, detail discipline, practical judgment, integrity, confidentiality and learning agility.
The role requires the ability to identify data gaps, clarify unclear operational information, work cross-functionally with Production, QA, Lab, R&D, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, IT, and management and convert operational issues into clear data requirements.
Required competencies include strong data analytics, data cleaning and structuring, strong dashboard establishment, basic-to-moderate SQL or database logic, KPI definition, business insight writing and cross-functional coordination.
Basic manufacturing, ERP, and ISO/audit documentation understanding is acceptable initially, but the candidate must be able to develop these quickly through hands-on exposure.
