Job Description

• Provide weekly, monthly Field Force productivity progress, achievement, costing, sellout & sell-in and other analysis reports as and when request by management.

• Manage, Track and process Field Force operations payment eg: claims, incentives, timesheets, invoices on time and ensure payout accurately between finance and appointed agency.

• Manage and review agency's KPIs, yearly budget planning and monitor Field Force budget on monthly basis to ensure sufficient fund allocation.

• Liaise with Internal & External Auditor for payment review if necessary.

• Manage, campaign, plan proposal, execution order and payment request creation on monthly / daily basis.

• Manage Field Force programs and events.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree any field.

• At least 2 to 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Applicants must be willing to work in KL Eco City.

• Applicants must be well versed with Excel formulas ie: Vlookup, Pivot Table etc

• 1 Year Renewable contract available.

• Yearly renewable contract available.
