Job Summary

We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to create a warm, professional, and premium experience for our customers. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer appointments and inquiries, assisting with customer concerns, and ensuring every guest receives attentive and personalized service throughout their visit.

Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome and attend to guests professionally to ensure a positive and premium customer experience

  • Manage appointments, bookings, and daily customer flow efficiently

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins in a professional manner

  • Build strong customer relationships and provide attentive customer care

  • Address customer concerns, feedback, and service-related issues professionally and promptly

  • Support customers with service information, promotions, memberships, and packages

  • Handle cashiering duties, payments, invoices, and daily transaction records

  • Coordinate closely with therapists and outlet team to ensure smooth customer experience

  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and front desk organization at all times

  • Support daily outlet operations and administrative tasks when required

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent

  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

  • Pleasant personality with professional grooming and presentation

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer-oriented with a calm and service-focused approach

  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer and administrative knowledge

  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or front desk roles is an added advantage

  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
