岗位职责
1. Site Safety Supervisors
To check, control and ensure daily operation at site is adhered to safety, health and environmental, legal and corporate requirements.
To anticipate, prevent and eliminate all unsafe conditions and practices at site that could lead to occupational injuries and illness.
Work closely with all department heads to provide input related to safety, health and environmental matters.
Involves in risk/hazard assessment at site.
Liaise with DOE, DOSH, BOMBA and local authority and ensure good working relationship is maintained.
Conduct weekly SH&E inspections around the work site to ensure the compliances with the SH&E plan, procedures and statutory regulations.
Conduct safety briefing/training to all new employees, contractors, vendors etc.
To coordinate safety program at project site.
To assist during audits, inspections and maintain all documentation and records.
Minimize health effects of employees by continuously monitoring exposure limits of noise, dust, chemicals, gases, etc.
Conduct periodically condition checks at site and stop unsafe activity if any.
Attend weekly safety site walk i.e. SMBWA etc.
Job Requirements :
Possess competent certificate as Site Safety Supervisor.
3 - 5 years working experience in construction field.
Possess basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Can read engineering drawings.
Can read, speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be able to use Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint.
Must be able to travel whenever needed.
2. Safety Admin
To provide administrative support on safety related records & documentations to ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements and statutory regulations.
Job Requirements :
2 years related working experience in construction & engineering field.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
3. Document Controller
To manage, organize and maintain all project documents to ensure they are accurate, up to date & easily accessible to authorized personnels.
Job Requirements :
2 years related working experience in construction & engineering field.
Strong organizational and filing skills.
Attentive to details and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
