Key Responsibilities
Source and acquire new customers through digital platforms, referrals, and other sales channels.
Promote and recommend suitable loan packages, including tele-sales for new and existing customers.
Assist customers with loan applications, agreement signing, and submission of required documents.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely communication.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide support on account-related matters.
Perform data entry, documentation, and system updates accurately.
Monitor customers’ repayment status and follow up on overdue accounts.
Assist in basic credit assessment, verification of customer information, and reporting to superior.
Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and adherence to company procedures.
Support branch operations, including general housekeeping and administrative tasks.
Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant sales experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and result-focused.
Basic knowledge of financial products or lending practices is an added advantage.
Computer literate with good data entry skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
