Human Resource & Administration
- Assist in daily HR and administrative operations.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave applications, and filing systems.
- Assist in recruitment activities including interview arrangements and onboarding processes.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle general office administration such as stationery, office supplies, and office maintenance.

Procurement
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Request and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) according to company requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange timely purchasing of materials and supplies.
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Check and verify invoices, delivery orders (DO), and purchase documents.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store personnel on stock availability and inventory requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers for long-term cooperation.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Monitor market trends and source for alternative suppliers when necessary.
- Ensure purchased items meet company specifications and quality standards.
- Handle supplier complaints and resolve purchasing or delivery issues promptly.
- Work closely with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and requirements.
- Assist in monthly procurement reports, cost analysis, and budget monitoring.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Source suppliers and request quotations for materials, products, and services.

28. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders (DO) and purchase orders (PO)
29. Arrange and store items systematically to ensure easy identification and accessibility.
30.Maintain accurate stock inventory records and update stock movements regularly. Monitor stock levels and inform the procurement department for replenishment when necessary.
- Issue materials, tools, and supplies to departments or workers according to company procedures.
- Conduct regular stock counts, inventory checks, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper labelling, coding, and organization of all inventory items.
- Monitor and control stock movements to minimize shortages, damages, or losses.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation for store transactions.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the store area.
- Check the condition of goods and report damaged or expired items to management.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams regarding stock requirements and deliveries.
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods when required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations in store operations.
- Maintain proper filing of DO, stock cards, inventory records, and related documents.
- Support stock audits and assist management during inventory inspections.
- Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Monitor and maintain stock inventory levels for materials, tools, and office supplies.
