Contract Manager PMC (Data Centre)

Location & Contract Details

Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for both pre- and post-contract administration, utilizing the FIDIC contract suite.

• Manage procurement of high-value Long Lead Equipment (LLE).
• Evaluate and negotiate complex contract variations.
• Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction contract management.
• At least 3 years’ experience working on high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects.
• Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions.
• Strong cost procurement skills.
• Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems.
