Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an IT Support role located in Johore, Malaysia. The IT Support professional will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining desktop computers. Other duties include assisting users through a help desk, monitoring IT systems for functionality and security, and ensuring a stable IT infrastructure is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support, including diagnosing and resolving IT issues efficiently
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and managing hardware and software problems
• Knowledge and experience in working with software and various android operating systems
• Expertise in Information Technology and ensuring smooth IT operations
• Ability to provide Help Desk Support to users, coupled with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field is preferred
• Experience in mobile application configuration and hardware maintenance is an advantage
