Job Description:

• Assist field service technicians and sales staff in handling a variety of pre- and post-sales processes
• Provide email and phone support to service technicians to resolve customer issues
• Interdepartmental collaboration with engineering, hardware and software development, and manufacturing
• Telephone and email troubleshooting to correct customer or field service issues or determine appropriate next steps
• Research multiple data bases to determine configurations and correct bill of materials to determine repair or upgrade parts for service related issues and upgrades

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience | Required
