Job Description
  • Provide system support and IT architecture services to customers.
  • Design, implement, and support technology solutions and integrated systems for customers.
  • Offer technical consultancy and prepare sales/reports/documentation for solutions that meet customers' technology and service requirements.
  • Provide IT Infrastructure planning and consulting services to customers.

Job Requirements
  • Solid and hands-on knowledge of Wintel Solutions (e.g., operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange email with archiving solution, MS System Center, storage and backup solutions, etc.).
  • Knowledge of virtualization technology such as VMware and Hyper-V, and backup technology.
  • Good experience in IT infrastructure areas (e.g., Infrastructure networking, Wintel/Unix/Linux platform, DR and virtualization, Oracle and SQL database clustering, infrastructure design) is an advantage.
  • Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Professional IT certificates preferred (e.g., ITIL/MCSE/CCNA/CCNP).
