Leading IT&T services company in Hong Kong

• Perform managed service for cloud solution on provisioning, maintenance and operation for public and private cloud
• Coordinate with customer, vendor and internal engineering team to deliver the managed cloud service
• Manage customer request on fulfillment and provide technical helpdesk service
• Develop quality process and recommendation for improvement
• Manage and ensure the quality and healthiness of the managed cloud solution and operation

• Degree holder in Computing / Computer Science / Information Technology or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years solid experience in sizeable Managed Service Provider or in-house Cloud and IT operation, with hands on experience on products such as Rackspace and Datapipe
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Linux server administration and management. Knowledge in virtualization and cloud technologies
• Certifications in administration for MS Windows, Linux system, data networking and virtualization platforms
• Experience with AWS or Azure is an advantage
• Strong knowledge for administration and management in Operation System (OS), Data Networking, Network Security, Network Monitoring, Storage System, etc.
