Job Responsibilities:
Drive strategic partnerships with financial institutions (including banks, securities, insurance), tourism organizations, and lifestyle service providers to build a diversified ecosystem for value-added mall empowerment. Identify enterprise client needs, design customized enablement solutions, lead business negotiations, and ensure successful partnership implementation.
Integrate internal product resources to formulate project plans, define resource allocation, key milestones, and execution protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to ensure project delivery and full-cycle implementation.
Set and drive annual/quarterly targets for revenue, GMV, user engagement, and other key performance indicators. Analyze business performance data and continuously refine strategies to improve conversion rates and client satisfaction.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development or platform-based business operations. Prior collaboration experience with e-commerce platforms or in financial industries (banking/insurance/payment sectors) is preferred.

Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to independently drive complex partnerships.

Proven project management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
