Job responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with Bloomberg products and services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve service delivery.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their usage and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Analyze client feedback and usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Create and deliver presentations and training sessions to clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of Bloomberg products.
• Work closely with the sales team to support client retention and expansion efforts.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer success or client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and Bloomberg products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Analytical skills to interpret client data and feedback effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
