Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support on both hardware & software, computer services for all corporate users
• Provide installation and problem solving for computer related tasks such as network, systems, printers, software and hardware
• Basic domain user administration

Requirements:

• Experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting in Windows/Linux platform
• Certificate or above in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years experience in Technical Support
• Experience in Lotus Notes client, MS-Outlook , Blackberry and Banking System is a plus
• Basic server and Exchange knowledge
• Good English Communication Skills
• Immediately available preferred
