Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Key Account & Sales Executive who can drive B2B sales, manage key wholesale clients, and support daily account operations remotely. The ideal candidate has experience with mobile product sales and CRM tools, understands price dynamics, and is fluent in customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell mobile products (iPhone, Samsung, Redmi, accessories).
- Daily creation and update of price lists based on currency (EUR, USD, CNY).
- Create targeted WhatsApp Broadcasts (Euro clients, UAE clients, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts via WhatsApp, Email, and Phone.
- Update clients about new arrivals, promotions, and shipping timelines.
- Handle after-sales support, including dissatisfaction and return processing.
- Track and report key metrics (sales, response rates, lead quality).
- Record detailed prospect data: name, company, phone, email, VAT, shipping address, etc.
- Explain company policies: shipping lead times, payment terms, return form, credit note use.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in electronics or mobile sector).
- Proven track record with remote sales or account management.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with tools like WhatsApp Business, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.

Additional Note for Candidates

- In addition to the base salary, our current sales team members earn monthly commissions ranging between €1,500 and €2,500, depending on their sales performance and client portfolio.
