Job Responsibilities
Own direct sales strategy and revenue delivery across Hong Kong & Macau.
Build pipeline through prospecting, account mapping, campaigns/initiatives, and lead follow-up aligned to pipeline targets.
Lead full-cycle enterprise sales, including discovery, solutioning, proposals, tenders/RFPs, commercial negotiation, and closing.
Lead customers through technical evaluation and buying processes; coordinate responses to technical questions and security/compliance requirements.
Own customer PoCs and technical investigations from planning to completion, partnering with pre-sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to drive deal progression.
Deliver customer presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations; define success criteria and next steps.
Define customer requirements for professional services; scope and manage service engagement with internal delivery teams and customers.
Mobilize internal and external resources (pre-sales. Product leaders, data-mining resources, agencies) to win deals and deliver successful outcomes.
Maintain senior executive relationships within key accounts; drive renewals, upsell, and expansion.
Requirements
5-7 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, experience running complex opportunities with multi-stakeholder decision processes.
Proven track record in pipeline creation and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Comfortable with tender/RFP cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong cross-functional coordination with pre-sales, delivery, product, and internal governance teams.
