Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the ETL design and development of offline and real-time data in various data integration projects of the company.

2. Participate in data modeling and platform development; design and optimize data models based on business requirements, and drive the improvement of the data warehouse layered architecture.

3. Implement data flow optimization and performance tuning: monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot ETL processes and big data jobs to improve overall execution efficiency and stability.

4. Promote data quality and governance standardization: participate in the formulation of data standards, quality monitoring, metadata, and data lineage management to ensure data consistency and traceability.

5. Collaborate with multiple departments to drive data project implementation: work with product, analytics, and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions, supporting business data applications.

Job Requirements

1. Solid educational and experience background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 3-5 years of experience in data development or data platform projects.

2. Proficiency in mainstream technology stacks: Proficient in SQL and familiar with big data components and tools such as Flink, Spark, Hive, Kafka, and Doris, as well as common ETL tools.

3. Data modeling and data warehouse capabilities: Familiar with data warehouse layered architectures and common model design methodologies.

4. Strong programming and system skills: Proficient in multiple programming languages (Python/Java/Scala) and experienced in development and debugging within Linux environments.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Possess clear logical thinking, communication abilities, and the capacity to handle pressure. Able to collaborate across teams and drive project implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in big data development on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

2. Fluent in English, with practical experience in remote collaboration and cross-cultural communication with multinational teams.
