Technical Account Manager
Responsibilities
- You will be require to manage customer relations, develop new accounts and provide consultation services to customers
- To bring together the correct resources to handle business and opportunities for the accounts
- Analyse and provide consultation services to customer’s IT environment
- To manage projects in the customer environment
Qualifications
- Self Driven and Possesses a Strong Aspiration to Succeed
- Excellent Communication Skill Both Written and Verbal
- Inquisitive and Resourceful
- Positive Outlook in Life, Optimistic
- Must be Flexible and Adaptable to Changes
- Pleasant Looking
- A Good Understanding of Systems and Network Infrastructure
- Degree in Computer, IT or Engineering Studies
- Preferably with more than 3 years of working experience in IT Systems (NT & UNIX environment)
