About the Company
Gourmet Dining Group (GDG) is dedicated to delivering a quality dining experience characterized by exceptional food, a captivating ambiance, and attentive service, all adhering to the highest standards of hospitality. The group proudly owns three MICHELIN-starred restaurants: Arbor (Two Stars), which blends refined Nordic sensibilities with seasonal Japanese produce to create innovative Nordic-Japanese cuisine; ÉPURE (One Star), which showcases seasonal ingredients in elegant, contemporary French dishes; and Ami (One Star), where guests can indulge in exquisite modern French cuisine alongside rare whiskies and fine wines in a stylish setting. Additionally, GDG has introduced the renowned DALLOYAU brand from Paris to Hong Kong, operating seven retail shops and restaurants in the city’s most prestigious locations.

We are looking for an experienced baker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality baked products, maintaining consistent standards, and supporting the kitchen team to deliver excellent products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of breads and viennoiseries according to the Company standards
Participate in the creation of new recipes in collaboration with the pastry team
Ensure quality, consistency and excellent product presentation
Comply with hygiene and food safety standards
Qualifications & Experience Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial bakery or similar setting
Strong knowledge of baking techniques
Responsible, attention to details and with strong team spirit
Ability to work in a demanding and creative environment
