In this position, you will:

• Perform comprehensive system and network administration, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of the broadband service provisioning system to ensure high availability and stability
• Ensure system health and business continuity by maintaining disaster recovery plans, proactively analyzing logs and metrics to resolve faults, and securing core network systems
• Establish maintenance protocols and leverage in-depth data analysis to optimize platform performance, manage system resources efficiently, and enhance infrastructure security
• Implement and maintain network security protocols specific to broadband service provisioning system while ensuring compliance with company’s policies
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of system development projects, from scope definition, requirements elicitation, and technical evaluation through implementation to successful go-live
• Direct project governance, manage technical selection, and ensure deliverables align with architectural standards for long-term maintainability and robust data analytics to support business growth
• Develop and deploy data-driven tools for anomaly detection and predictive analytics, and implement strategies for autonomous system management using machine learning and large language models, all with the goal of driving significant operational efficiency

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or any relevant professional qualification
• 2+ years’ solid experience in relevant field
• Strong knowledge and industrial background on telecommunication / service provisioning network systems.
• Familiar with fixed broadband network technologies such as GPON/XGSPON, as well as network quality monitoring techniques or methods
• Familiarity with AI/ML basics (anomaly detection, predictive analytics) to facilitate vendor discussions and solution reviews
• Proficient in basic network knowledge such as TCP/IP, VLAN, LAN, WAN, etc.
• CCNA/CCNP or any IT-related certificate is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs – including designing or consuming APIs for system integration, automation scripts, or dashboard data feeds – is highly preferred
• Practical experience applying core AI/ML concepts (e.g., predictive modeling, anomaly detection, LLM integration via OpenAI API) to address operational or analytical problems is a strong advantage
• Proficient in SQL, FineBI, PowerBI, Excel, and various database tools for data analysis
• Self-motivated and analytical, capable of working independently to resolve complex issues
• Strong communicator with excellent learning and leadership potential, able to grow quickly and drive team collaboration
• Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
