Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will focus on strengthening existing client partnerships and delivering tailored technical solutions:
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for established clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
Technical Solutions: Collaborate with project teams to ensure ELV designs and technical specifications consistently meet and exceed client requirements.
Project Support: Manage tender renewals, variations, and project quotations for existing accounts to ensure business continuity.
Market Intelligence: Monitor client feedback and industry trends to provide insights that help optimize long-term account strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain and deepen relationships with key decision-makers within government bodies, contractors, and developers.
Job Requirements
Degree educated in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
2 years of above engineering experience
Self-motivated, customer-centric professional with strong analytical and problem-resolution capabilities
Team player and independent worker
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Full-time
