Involves providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals, processing payments, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include seating guests, recommending menu items, delivering orders accurately, clearing tables, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness to support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Welcome, seat, and assist guests, providing detailed menu information and recommendations.
• Order Management: Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen, often using digital devices.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, checking on guests throughout their meal.
• Transaction Handling: Present bills and process payments (cash, card) accurately.
• Table & Area Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean, set tables, and reset them after guests leave.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers to ensure smooth service.
• Others task will assign from time to time.
