We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant who will take charge of foreign worker hostel operations and assist with essential HR administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee welfare, compliance, and on-the-ground coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of foreign worker hostels, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with legal standards.
- Conduct regular hostel inspections to ensure they meet government regulations, safety standards, and workers’ needs.
- Act as the main liaison with local authorities (e.g., JTK, MBPP, JIM) regarding hostel matters, audits, and compliance visits.
- Manage hostel occupancy records and update all worker movement (check-ins, check-outs, transfers).
- Coordinate hostel utilities, waste management, pest control, and other essential services.
- Source and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers related to hostels (cleaning, maintenance, repairs, food catering, etc.).
- Support Management in any other duties related to HR and hostel operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
