About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to configure, customize, integrate, and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 solutions across Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps, especially Field Service, Project Operations, and Customer Service.
• Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins based on business requirements.
• Design and implement custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflow activities, and system integrations.
• Build reusable components and libraries to improve development efficiency across projects.
• Convert functional requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Implement integrations using Azure Service Bus, REST APIs, SQL Server, and third-party applications.
• Support data migration activities using KingswaySoft, SSIS, or other ETL tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 7–10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization and extension.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Portals.
• Working knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Key Vault.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSIS, KingswaySoft, and ETL tools for data migration.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
