KTL Electrical Engineering Sdn Bhd, based in Penang, is a rapidly growing company established in 2018. Initially operating as a small subcontractor, the company quickly developed a reputation for delivering high-quality electrical engineering projects across governmental, commercial, and residential sectors. Within its first year, KTL expanded significantly, acquiring its own vehicles, tools, and headquarters in Batu Kawan. Today, the company boasts a skilled team of seven in-house employees and over 80 on-site technicians proficient in electrical and electronics (E&E) work, enabling the organization to execute a wide range of projects, from simple service calls to large-scale, high-tech installations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite Safety Supervisor position located in Batu Kawan. The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety guidelines on-site to ensure the well-being of all employees and compliance with safety regulations. Key responsibilities include conducting safety training, inspecting equipment and workspaces for hazards, investigating workplace accidents, and advising on improvements to safety protocols and engineering processes. The role also involves fostering a culture of safety awareness and collaboration among team members.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Health & Safety and Occupational Health management
• Skills in conducting Safety Training and accident prevention initiatives
• Proficiency in Safety Engineering and related practices
• Ability to conduct thorough Accident Investigations and develop preventive measures
• Strong communication and leadership skills to enforce safety practices
• Familiarity with national and local regulations related to workplace safety
• A relevant diploma or degree in occupational safety, engineering, or a related field
• Professional safety certifications (e.g., OSHA certification) would be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
