Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations of consignment counters, boutiques, and retail outlets.
- Troubleshoot operational issues (POS, payment terminals, manpower, mall coordination, etc).
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and mall requirements.
- Act as liaison with mall and department store management on operational matters.
- Coordinate sales reporting, documentation, audits, and stock take activities.
- Support inventory allocation, replenishment, and inter-store stock transfers.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Assist with frontline staff onboarding, attendance tracking, and manpower coordination.
- Support promotional fair, roadshows, pop-ups, and new store openings.
- Ensure brand standards, pricing accuracy, and operational compliance at all retail touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail, or Operations.
- 1–3 years of retail operations experience, preferably in fashion, handbags, or accessories.
- Experience in consignment counters, boutiques, or promotional fair is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel, work on weekends, and support promotional events when required.
