Job Summary:
The F&B Supervisor oversees daily operations of the restaurant, bar, or outlet to ensure exceptional service standards, efficient team performance, and a positive guest dining experience. This role supports management in staff supervision, training, and maintaining operational readiness, especially during peak service periods.

Qualifications & Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
· Minimum 2 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
· Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
· Good knowledge of service standards, menu items, beverages, and POS systems.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
