Job Description:

• Ensure the completion of production tasks within the team on time, quality and quantity;
• Feedback and deal with all kinds of emergencies and current situations in the production line with records generated
• Call team members for meetings: convey instructions from superiors, mobilize the enthusiasm of all staff in the team, and ensure the standards of various production tasks;
• Inspected the production line; Exception handling: It is necessary to have a strong ability to cope with and respond to anomalies on site;
• Responsible for department staff training

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or degree holder
• At least 1-3 years working experience in manufacturing and management
• Possess analytical skill with precise thinking, responsible, playing a leading role in production
• Experience in optical module and optical device industry is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in liaising with Headquarter in Wuhan, China.
• Management and organizational skills to lead the team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
