全职 Tendering Senior Executive-Costing Engineer 工作, 薪水 up to MYR 3,800, Lenog Federal Territory 公司招聘中 - Ricebowl

1. To track upcoming ITBs in tender portal.

2. To work with project/technical department and reviewing received ITB’s scope of work (SOW), and contract requirements.

3. To attend tender briefing sessions or site visits as needed.

4. To work and liaise with procurement department on sourcing and negotiation with subcontractors or vendors for supporting scope such as manpower, equipment and materials.

5. To work and liaise with internal departments such as QA/QC and HSE department to compile submission requirements.

6. To prepare and draft preliminary cost for labor, equipment, logistics, and subcontracting services related to ITB.

7. To present the pricing breakdown and estimate profit margin to management prior bid submission.

8. To handle pre-bid clarifications during tender stage and post-submission responses such as technical clarifications.

9. To ensure all the proposals are completed with required licenses, certifications and related project experience & reference.

10. To draft all tender documents such as commercial proposal, technical proposal, project schedule and etc.

Qualifications & Requirements
1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or similar) with solid technical exposure.

2. Minimum 2-4 years hands-on tendering/proposals experience in oil & gas, petrochemical industry.

3. Advanced excel & spreadsheet skills, costing software & Power BI is a plus point.

4. Basic understanding on commo industry codes such as ASME, API, DOSH etc.

5. Can interpret GA Drawing, P&IDs, ISO Drawings, datasheets & RFQ documents with minimal guidance.

6. Skilled in developing detailed cost breakdowns such as labour, materials, tools, logistics, contingency cost etc.

7. Willing to travel for site visits and tender briefing.
