Responsibilities
1. Pastry & Baking Production
- Prepare and bake a variety of cakes and other baked goods according to recipes and
guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery products.
2. Quality Control
- Monitor and ensure all baked goods meet the Company’s quality standards.
- Manage portion control and minimize waste.
3. Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and baking tools.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines from KKM (HACCP standards would be
an advantage).
4. Inventory & Supplies Management
- Assist in managing inventory, including the storage and rotation of ingredients.
- Monitor and notify supervisor about low stock levels and order supplies upon approval.
5. Customer Interaction
- Occasionally assist customer by providing recommendations or explaining product
ingredients and details when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
