Job Overview

Business Development Manager driving new business growth, expanding customers, and promoting aluminium extrusion solutions across key industries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within targeted market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to drive sustainable business growth.
• Promote the company’s full range of aluminium extrusion capabilities and value-added services.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure accurate project alignment.
• Lead the entire RFQ process, including cost analysis, quotation preparation, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management review.
• Represent the company during customer visits, exhibitions, trade fairs, and other industry-related events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing), Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of aluminium extrusion processes and applications.
• Experience serving industries such as industrial manufacturing, building materials, plantation, and related sectors is an added advantage.
• Proven track record in acquiring new accounts and expanding customer base.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,412.97 - RM10,082.37 per month
