QUALIFICATION

• Electrical & Electronics Engineering Degree (min)
• Min 5 years hands-on R&D design experience.

ABILITIES AND SKILLS

• Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, including circuit design, digital logic, wireless, & analogue circuits.
• Sound knowledge in developing wireless system application.
• Proficiency in Ecad design software’s (schematic, pcb layout & simulation) and well verse in high speed pcb layout.
• Experience with power electronics, high-frequency circuits and RF components.
• Experience with electronic testing, troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., UL, ISO, IEC, EC, SAE FDA, FCC & HALT).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

REQUIREMENT (Design & Development)

• Ensuring designs meet performance requirements, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., UL, ISO, IEC, EC, SAE FDA, FCC & HALT).
• Designing and developing electronic circuits and systems, including circuit board layout, component selection, and schematic capture.
• Selecting appropriate materials for electronic components.
• Developing and implementing test plans and procedures for validating electronic designs.
• Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Providing technical guidance and expertise to the team.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., software, mechanical, systems) to ensure project success.
• Conducting thorough testing and validation of electronic components and systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex electronic system issues using systematic problem-solving techniques.
• Performing root cause analysis of system or component failures.
• Managing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality, regulatory, health, and safety procedures.
• Preparing detailed design specifications, test protocols, and test reports.
• Maintaining accurate records of design processes, test results, and revisions.
• Documenting designs using CAD software.
• Preparing and presenting designs to colleagues, management, or customers.
• Able to travel overseas to meet customers.
• Daily morning meeting with R&D Manager
• No solicits funds from vendor, supplier& business group.
• No solicit business of your own.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for upkeep of R&D Department and instrument.
• Plan and manage product designs are meeting time schedules and budget goals.
• Ensure product designs are completed within customer specified time schedules.
• Train and advise Process Engineering on Production & Test Systems.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Cultivate healthy teamwork environment in R&D department and supporting departments.
• Tardiness to work, follow factory rules and regulations, and advance information to R&D manager.
• Follow and meet all the requirements stated in the job descriptions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
