Position : Digital Sourcing & Contracts Coordinator

Industry : Oil & Gas (Shared Service)

Location: The Horizon, 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Contract with PERSOL until October 2026/2027

Salary range : RM15,000 - RM20,000 (based on experience & qualification)

Working Mode : Hybrid working arrangement (60:40)

Working Hours : Follow UK time zone

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day supplier communication and proactively track open actions
• Support, review, and interpret digital contracts, focusing on commercial terms
• Contribute to digital sourcing and negotiation activities
• Maintain sourcing & contract data in Compass, Ariba & ADO systems
• Ensure accurate documentation and end‑to‑end process tracking
• Handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of digital contracts and commercial conten
• Hands‑on experience in digital sourcing & negotiations
• Familiarity with Compass, Ariba, ADO (training provided)
• High attention to detail with a structured, process‑driven mindset
• Able to work under time pressure with minimal supervision
• Strong written communication skills, especially with suppliers
