Job description:

• To establish close relationship with corporate customers and suppliers of waste oil automotive / oil & gas / manufacturing (Enviro) industry and expand new business opportunities.
• Supervise team members in achieving sales targets.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
• To achieve and exceed department’s sales and profit target for the assigned territory.
• To improve region’s collection / receivable and exceed / meet company collection target
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
• Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
• To monitor competitor’s movement and activities and report to Head of Business Unit on regular basis.
• To prepare monthly sales report or any other form of reporting for management’s review.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working exeperience in sales.
• Required Skill(s): Fast-thinking skills, Sales and marketing skill
• Good in communication, negotiations and able to work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment.
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic, self motivated, confident and out-going.
• Positive attitude, disciplined, responsible, agile to the working environment and people.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
• Must have own transportation.
