Job Description:

1) Technical Solution Development

• Develop engineering solutions for:
• Deep excavations

2) Retaining structures

• Cofferdams and temporary works
• Ground improvement systems
• Provide optimized, cost-effective engineering alternatives

3) Technical Commercial Support

• Support tender and proposal preparation (RFQ / RFI / ITB)
• Provide technical input for BOQ, costing and value engineering
• Participate in pre-bid discussions and client presentations
• Translate engineering solutions into commercially viable proposals

4) Project & Site Support

• Provide technical guidance during construction execution
• Review method statements, shop drawings, and temporary works
• Conduct site visits to resolve engineering issues
• Support consultants and contractors on technical matters

5) Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as technical representative in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Present and justify engineering solutions confidently
• Build strong technical relationships with key stakeholders

6) Leadership & Development

• Mentor junior engineers and review technical outputs
• Maintain internal engineering standards and calculation templates
• Promote engineering best practices across projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical or Structural preferred)
• 5 - 8 years in geotechnical / ERSS / foundation engineering
• In-depth understanding of structural design, materials, and analysis techniques.
• Technical familiarity with the entire project lifecycle, from design and procurement to construction/manufacturing and quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
