Title : Junior/ Mechanical Technician

Qualification : SPM/MLVK or above

Requirement : 3-5 years of related experience

Duties/Responsibilities:

• To work on changing shift as per Duty Roster, or under instruction of Asst Manager/Manager.]
• Perform SAP work order for repairs, inspection and maintenance task.
• To maintain and service premise equipment and machinery according to Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
• To conduct plant rounding every shift and report any abnormalities.
• Respond to emergency breakdown in the plant.
• To ensure the maintenance workshop cleanliness according to the GMP standards.
• To ensure mechanical spare parts are recorded after used and do the stock take as assign.
• Prepare and record all the daily activities in the Daily log book.
• Work as a team to achieve targets and objectives set by department head.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Work extended hours on an on-call and/or overtime basis as required.
• Perform quality assurance inspection on all completed jobs, ensures conformance with Malaysian Standards, Mechanical Codes, OSHA, Lock-out-Tag-Out, Confined Spaces protocols, Material Safety Data Sheets, Engineering specifications, and other local, state and federal regulations.
• To investigate and trouble shoot system and equipment failure.
• To ensure all reconditioned equipment are recorded and stored in proper manner.
• To prepare plant shut down job list.
• To perform equipment filing system.
• To ensure availability of spare-parts, workshop gases and tools.
• Other production tasks that require his expertise by superiors.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
