Position: Human Resources (Recruiter)
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Lot 72886 Atas (PT 15812), Sura Gate Commercial Center, 23000 Dungun, Terengganu

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for fast-growing operational and live commerce teams.

This role focuses heavily on sourcing, screening, and hiring Gen-Z talent, particularly for roles such as Live Hosts, Production, Fulfilment, Admin, and Interns.
The ideal candidate enjoys recruitment execution, understands Gen-Z behaviour, and is comfortable handling volume hiring while maintaining discipline and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan and execute full recruitment cycles for Live Hosts, Production, Fulfilment, Admin, and Intern roles
2) Prepare clear, attractive, and culture-aligned job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms
3) Screen resumes and conduct interviews via phone, video, or face-to-face sessions
4) Evaluate candidates based on attitude, discipline, commitment, and cultural fit
5) Shortlist and recommend suitable candidates to management for final approval
6) Manage onboarding processes including documentation and initial performance monitoring
7) Build, manage, and maintain a structured recruitment funnel and candidate database
8) Focus on quality Gen-Z hiring with strong discipline, accountability, and growth mindset
9) Utilise hiring platforms recruitment channels

Requirements

1) Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles is preferred
2) Good interest in hiring Gen-Z candidates and understanding their behaviour and motivations
3) Able to assess candidates beyond skills, including attitude, discipline, and commitment
4) Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and volume hiring
5) Familiar with online hiring platforms and social-based recruitment channels
6) Experience hiring Live Hosts, Sales, or Production roles is an advantage
7) Candidate network in Terengganu and Kuala Lumpur is an added advantage
