Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Able to do data compilation & consolidation for month reporting.
- Able to perform Quality control & call monitoring.
- Able to manage the documentation and related job task.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, formulas.
- Familiarity with basic data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Word, Visio, or Notion for documentation.
Requirements
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other language are an advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama.
- Preferably executive or non-executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Require working shift or normal working hour.
