The Security Officer reports to the Assistant Safety & Security Manager and is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property. The role involves monitoring and implementing company safety and security policies, procedures, and local authority requirements in accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and hotel property.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor for suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and guest concerns.
- Prepare daily incident and security reports.
- Monitor and maintain fire safety and security equipment.
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when necessary.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests and visitors.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
