Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for procurement of goods under projects
- To negotiate with vendors/suppliers to get the best prices
- To prepare purchasing order
- To coordinate with related departments to support their purchasing requirements
- To review quotations and offers to determine the best price and lead time
- To arrange oversea and local logistics
- To plan delivery timetables and overseeing arrival of shipments
- To liaise with Project Division for delivery and logistics arrangement
- To monitor and control logistics costs for inbound and overseas activities, insurance or other related expenses
- To handle inventory control and warehouse management
- To work closely with Engineering Division and Project Division for cost improvement
- To process invoices and delivery orders from suppliers and sub-contractors and submit to
- Finance Department for payment processing
- To issue invoices and DOs to customers
