Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for procurement of goods under projects
• To negotiate with vendors/suppliers to get the best prices
• To prepare purchasing order
• To coordinate with related departments to support their purchasing requirements
• To review quotations and offers to determine the best price and lead time
• To arrange oversea and local logistics
• To plan delivery timetables and overseeing arrival of shipments
• To liaise with Project Division for delivery and logistics arrangement
• To monitor and control logistics costs for inbound and overseas activities, insurance or other related expenses
• To handle inventory control and warehouse management
• To work closely with Engineering Division and Project Division for cost improvement
• To process invoices and delivery orders from suppliers and sub-contractors and submit to
• Finance Department for payment processing
• To issue invoices and DOs to customers

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
