• Familiar with the maintenance of injection molding machines. Identify, plan, schedule and organize maintenance repair works. Able to troubleshoot and implement preventive measures. Daily repair job and follow up with pending job
• Monitor daily preventive maintenance job
• Monitor daily down mould checking status
• Repair complicated mould and improve the failure mould
• Carry out regular communication with Production and Design team to monitor the progress according to production schedule
• Analyse the machine data, part dimension data and molding parameter together with Project Engineer
• Proper documentation on all Tooling related matters
• Provide necessary support to ensure arising issues during production are bring resolved to sustain and improve yield and productivity in cooperation with Production department
• Meet the lead time for mold repair, maintenance and improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• working : 2 years (Preferred)
