What You’ll Be Doing

1. Marketing Analysis

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor marketing strategies to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct regional market research across different countries and customer segments
• Provide insights on user acquisition, engagement, and retention performance

2. Digital Marketing Execution

• Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across various digital channels
• Design campaign mechanics, promotional offers, and incentive structures to drive user acquisition and retention
• Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as conversion rate, engagement, and ROI

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, operations, and business teams to align marketing initiatives with product goals
• Support product launches, promotional activities, and user feedback collection
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans

What We’re Looking For

• Educational background open to all fields; Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply especially from Finance/ Marketing/ Data Analysis/ IT background.
• Bachelor degree holder.
• NO experience is required.
• Good logical thinking skills with basic data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST.
• Willingness to relocate overseas for training, assignments, or future expansion opportunities.
