Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Handle cashiering duties and process payments
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times
- Assist in food preparation and basic kitchen duties when required
- Follow company SOPs and food safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints politely
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotation
- Team player and responsible
- No experience required (training will be provided)
