Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Handle cashiering duties and process payments
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times
• Assist in food preparation and basic kitchen duties when required
• Follow company SOPs and food safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints politely

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotation
• Team player and responsible
• No experience required (training will be provided)
