Job Title: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on WD incoming and Seagate forecasts.
• Manage manpower and resources to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met.
• Plan, monitor, and maintain consumable items twice weekly.
• Conduct daily line walks to ensure production efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.
• Ensure recertification of Sandblasters and Bonding Technicians in accordance with quarterly and half-yearly requirements.
• Prepare and submit LPC documentation to meet Seagate targets and timelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing/production environment (bonding process preferred).
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• SPM with min 5 years experience of line leader or supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
