About the Role

Oh Cha Matcha is looking for a physically fit, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, physical role responsible for managing finished goods and packaging materials accurately and efficiently. You will play a critical role in ensuring stock integrity, timely dispatch, and organised warehouse conditions at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Storage

• Receive incoming finished goods and packaging materials, verifying quantities and condition against delivery orders

• Ensure all items are properly labelled, sorted, and stored in designated locations

• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortfalls immediately

Inventory Management

• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts with full accuracy

• Update and maintain stock records in Microsoft Excel on a daily basis

• Flag low stock levels and expiry dates proactively to the supervisor

Outgoing & Dispatch

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outlet dispatches accurately and on time

• Ensure correct quantities and items are dispatched per delivery orders

• Maintain proper documentation for all outgoing goods

Housekeeping & Compliance

• Keep warehouse clean, organised, and hazard-free at all times

• Ensure proper FIFO (First In First Out) practices are strictly followed

• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 25-30kg) regularly

• Strong attention to detail. Accuracy in stock counts and documentation is non-negotiable

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and stock tracking

• Literate in English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required

• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when operationally required
