Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily site activities and construction progress.
- Ensure project execution according to drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timeline and resolve site issues to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with CIDB requirements, OSHA 1994, and relevant Malaysian construction regulations.
- Enforce site safety practices and ensure PPE compliance.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and workmanship standards.
- Monitor materials usage, deliveries, and site resources.
- Prepare and submit site progress reports to management.
- Attend site meetings, consultant meetings, and project coordination discussions.
- Handle site documentation including permits, reports, and daily site records.
- Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years working experience in construction industry (with supervisory/site management experience).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination.
- Familiar with Malaysian construction standards and regulations.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office, project reporting tools).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
