Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction work at site.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to Site Manager/Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with CIDB regulations, OSHA 1994, and company safety procedures.
• Conduct daily toolbox briefings and enforce PPE compliance.
• Inspect workmanship quality and ensure work meets required standards.
• Record daily site activities, manpower, and work progress.
• Assist in material checking, deliveries, and stock control at site.
• Identify and report site issues, hazards, or delays promptly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working environment.
• Attend site meetings and assist in project coordination.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Certificate / Diploma in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years site supervision experience in construction industry.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction processes and site operations.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
